International Women's Day

It would have to be one of my most enjoyable speaking engagements, and that was at Waverley College an all boys school, in Sydney.

I was invited to speak on International Women's Day and it was inspiring to meet our next generation of boys who are willing to learn and embrace the gender equality challenges. Before Christmas I also had the opportunity to speak at the end of year conference for Dexus at the SCG. Attended by over 300 employees and suppliers, I shared the challenges I had with my condition, how I have embraced the experiences I have had, and gave examples of working in the corporate world and how employers are improving their diversity charter.
